Christmas Tree

From Blog09

A tree--a simple pine--
Is full of glow and shine,
All wrapped in Christmas lights
That speak of other sights:
The star of Bethlehem
And angels--crowds of them--
With news of joy and peace,
Of hope and full release
Through babe in cattle stall
Who's come to save us all
Who trust in his great Name
(We'll never be the same).
The tree's a simple pine,
But whispers things divine.

And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with fear.
--Luke 2:9, ESV

Your clouds with the airplane were so cool! I didn't know they had a name...Now, I can research them. :)
I really like the line in your poem about the tree whispering the divine. That is really thought provoking.
